Accessibility [a11y]

Accessibility refers to how usable a website is and how effectively it conveys information to assistive technologies. This includes whether a website can be navigated by keyboard, whether screen readers can effectively scan and read content according to need and the writer’s intent, and whether contrast ratios are high enough for visitors with visual impairments. Proper accessibility requires contributions by digital designers and developers to successfully implement.
