The Infantree, LLC, is a Pennsylvania limited liability company. This policy describes the types of information Infantree may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit Infantree or its related website, and/or use various aspects of Infantree and its practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

1. Information Infantree Collects About You and How Infantree Collects It

5. Children Under the Age of 13

Infantree and the related website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on www.infantree.com. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on or through Infantree or on or through any of its features with Infantree, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If Infantree learns that it collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, Infantree will delete that information.

6. Your California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of Infantree and the related website that are California residents to request certain information regarding its disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please send an email to support@infantree.com with “Request for California Privacy Information” in the subject line and in the body of your message. Infantree will provide the requested information to you in your email address in response.

7. Changes to Infantree’s Privacy Policy

It is Infantree’s policy to post any changes made to the privacy policy on this page. If Infantree makes material changes to how it treats its users’ personal information, Infantree will notify you. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the bottom of the page. You are responsible for ensuring Infantree has an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting the website and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.

8. International Users

If you are accessing Infantree or its related website or Infantrees other Services from the European Union, Asia, or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure that differ from United States laws, please be advised that through your continued use, which is governed by U.S. law and this Privacy Policy as incorporated into Infantree’s Terms of Service, you will be transferring your personal information into the United States and you consent to that transfer.
